L adi Soyombo is an oil and gas executive, entrepreneur, pastor and founder of the youth empowerment platform, CrossPoint Innovate.
The CEO of Swagelok Nigeria with an MSc. in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Ladi has extensive history of working in the oil & energy industry, and is now driving innovation in the industry through technology.
He is passionate about youth empowerment, especially at a time when a lot of youth feel disenfranchised, and when there is high unemployment. He started CrossPoint Innovate to empower young entrepreneurs with executives in different fields, including Banking, Technology and Manufacturing. The recent CrossPoint Innovate Conference saw the participation of more than 1,000 youth, with the involvement of a number of sponsors in the corporate sector and the giving of grants to the top 10 deserving young entrepreneurs.
Ladi is the Lead Pastor at CrossPoint Church, Lagos.

Therefore, we use all that we are and have through him to fulfill our God given purpose and carry out his assignment on earth.
Though we are not OF the world but we are IN the world. Therefore we believe in interfacing with the world with Wisdom, building healthy relationships as much as lies with us and remaining relevant and significant even in earthly matters.
